this is not a request (backdated to just after the kid flood)
[Private to Scott, Stiles, and Gene]
I'd like your inmates to join the kitchen staff, unless their files include incidences of poisoning or cannibalism, or if you believe it would be unduly detrimental to their progress.
[Private to T'Pol, Clementine, Wichita, and Jimmy separately]
You should come help us in the kitchens.
[Private to Loki and Ceres]
Your wardens have suggested you for kitchen duty.
[OOC: more threads will probably be added as I work out OOC permissions/logistics.]
Clementine - candied clementines, and a music box that plays a different song.
C'Rizz - a locket with L'da in cameo or miniature portrait, whichever he'd like best. Some reversible jackets in fun colors. In different time period styles. A couch in neutral colors, and a low table with carved knotwork.
[The last thing he'll bring personally.]
Dean - a snarky cookbook.
Iris - clocktree seeds. Give those to me first.
[He's going to put them in the pockets of her new dress.]
Jean - a copy of the book Sazed left for us.
[He has something sewn for her too, but he'll bring it separately.]
Sylvanas - shoes and jewelry and any other accessories she would like to go with the dresses I've made for her. And something for removing cat hair from nice clothes. Something that works.
[They are, in the style of Scadrial dresses, for noblewomen who might moonlight as mistborn assassins, full of small pockets and deceptively easy to move and fight in, despite their appearance.]
T'Pol - wall hangings in colors that remind her of the parts of her home she valued.
Zane - one thing his mother would have wanted him to have, and the last book my father gave me.
[It's a series of boy's adventure stories, a bastard lurcher saving towns and fighting bandits and generally finding fame and fortune. There's a handwritten note from Kerreth to Marsh, that he doesn't particularly with to see again, and the book itself is well-cared for but obviously well-loved. He abandoned it when they fled, of course, and everything it represented had abandoned him, an absurd blind little piece of youth that was never really available to them or their world. But the stories are daring and strange and fun, and it's something in the way of a family heirloom.]
Please also give Everyone another jar of Nathan's pancake mix, and all the kitchen staff aprons which they will find amusing, no matter how dubious their senses of humor.
